Objectives

The goal of this seminar is to impart knowledge and practice-oriented tools of Operational Process Management (OPM).

The participants learn how processes can be managed and improved in a goal-, competence- and resource-oriented manner. In addition, essential methods are taught that foster acceptance and support among all process participants.

This certification program can be conducted as classroom training, as blended learning or as an 100% digital training. The participants can choose the modules "Process Management Basics" and "Operational Process Management" as well as the certificate examination in different variants (classroom, blended learning or digital).

Content



The module PMG is preceded by an e-learning lasting approx. 45 to 60 minutes. The e-learning serves as a first introduction to the terms and principles of process management. The seminar "Process Management Basics" can be booked as 2-day classroom or digital training.

There are three variants of the module OPM available to the participants:
  • In the variant "Operational Process Management - classroom ", the participants attend a 5-day classroom training.
  • "Operational Process Management - blended learning" includes 7 e-learning modules for imparting knowledge and a 3-day intensive classroom training for the practical application using exercises and practical examples.
  • In the 100% digital variant "Operative Process Management - digital", the participants complete 7 e-learning modules for imparting knowledge and a 3-day intensive online training for the practical application.
Following the seminar program, the participants have the opportunity to take part in the certificate examination for "Operative Process Manager (TÜV)" - as classroom or digital exam. The examination fee is € 265 net. Please note the requirements for admission.

Prerequisites

Certification as “Operational Process Manager (TÜV)” requires the following training or further education:
University degree (or comparable degree)
+ approx. 3 years of professional experience
+ Certificate program "Operational Process Management" at BPM&O Akademie

or:

High school diploma (Abitur)/vocational baccalaureate diploma/secondary school diploma with vocational training (or comparable degree)
+ approx. 5 years of professional experience
+ Certificate program "Operational Process Management" at BPM&O Akademie

After registering for the certificate program, participants will receive a form (proof of practical experience) demonstrating that they have met the requirements for admission to certification. For more information on prerequisites and recertification, please refer to the examination regulations.

If the seminars “Process Management Basics (classroom or digital)” and “Operational Process Management” as classroom training or blended learning or digital learning are booked at the same time, a package price of € 3,590 net applies.

After completing the seminar program, you have the opportunity to take part in the certificate examination for “Operational Process Manager (TÜV)”. The certificate exam will take place on the last day of the seminar “Operational Process Management” from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The examination fee is € 265 net.
