Objectives

The participants get to know adequate approaches, procedure models and classifications that enable them to take essential steps for the strategy implementation of the organization together with their top-management. This includes the description of a consistent process strategy for strategically relevant processes in the process model as well as the definition of "strategic process goals" and "strategic process indicators". In addition, participants learn how to strategically plan process resources and measures and how to set up a strategic reporting using the process-oriented Balanced Scorecard. In addition, the seminar conveys how the connection to the cycle of the Operational Process Management is consistently and effectively built and applied within an organization.

Our didactic concept is always geared towards underpinning the methodical seminar content with reflected application of the acquired knowledge. Group work, case studies and the exchange of experiences among participants play an important role.

Crtification as “Strategic Process Manager (TÜV)”
If the seminars “Implement strategy via processes”, “Develop a process-oriented organization”, “Lead a process-oriented organization” and the colloquium are booked at the same time, a package price of € 5,690 net applies.

After completing the seminar program, you have the opportunity to take part in the colloquium as a certificate examination for “Strategic Process Manager (TÜV)”. The examination fee is € 495 net.

If the seminars “Implement strategy via processes”, “Develop and improve processes with Design Thinking effectively”, “Transform organizations”, “Digitize and automate processes” as well as the “Operational Process Management” as e-learning are booked at the same time, a package price of € 6,990 net applies.

After completing the seminar program, you have the opportunity to take part in the colloquium as a certificate examination for “Process manager Digital Transformation (TÜV)”. The examination fee is € 495,- net.
